Auto Deleveraging (ADL)

Overview

A liquidated trader’s position will be taken over by the algorithm. Liquidation has to be filled by the time the mark price reaches the bankruptcy price, or else the ADL system would deleverage opposing traders’ position based on profit and leverage priority.

The bankruptcy price of the initial liquidated order is the price where traders’ positions are closed out.
